Q1:How can I get satisfied product ?

A:Please provide  us a CAD file or a simple drawing , the play area with precise dimensions, theme and 

color you prefer, etc. 

Our engineer will provide us design sketch according your information , and will  revise until you satisfied.

Q2:How about the quality ?

A: We have passed  ISO,SGS,CE , all products up to European Standard . We own high reputation of 

market and customers from all of the world .

Q3:How's the delivery time ?

A: It takes  about  7days for one 20ft container ,12 days for one 40ft container ,15days for one 40HQ 

container.

Q4: Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your 

own workers over to help install the playground? What's the cost?

A: For the small playground, it's easy to install. The installation manual will be sent when the playground is 

completed. If you found it difficult to install and asked us for help, we'll be glad to be at your service ,the

 installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract , if you need  installation service.
